In the unlikely event your PC should have a failure topstuff.co.nz will provide a 12 month RTB (return to base) warranty covering the installation of replacement parts.

This means that, if for example your hard drive fails, you can simply return the PC to us and we will install the replacement part at no charge to yourself (freight will be charged where applicable).

Please note that the topstuff.co.nz warranty covers the installation of parts only and does not cover data recovery or the installation of software/hardware you may have installed yourself.

Should your PC require a replacement hard drive, topstuff.co.nz will return the PC to the state you first received it in.  It will be your responsibility to re-install any software/hardware you may have installed.

The topstuff.co.nz warranty does not cover issues arising from hardware or software installed by the user.
