• topstuff.co.nz reserves the right to decline acceptance of any order, or part of any order without reason.
• All prices shown are in New Zealand dollars. 
  

2. Risk and Delivery

• You are wholly responsible for any product/s from the time they are delivered to you or your nominated agent.  Where you have assumed responsibility for carriage then responsibility falls to you when the products are collected by you or your nominated agent.
• You agree to pay all delivery costs unless agreed otherwise.
• All claims for shortage or damage during delivery must be made to the carrier within 7 days of the date of delivery.  Where goods appear to be damaged or missing you must contact the carrier and topstuff.co.nz immediately.
• Delivery times quoted by topstuff.co.nz are estimates to be used as a guideline only.  They are not commitments and topstuff.co.nz will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising in any way from any delay in delivery or performance. Delivery delays shall not entitle you to cancel any order.
• topstuff.co.nz will not be liable for any consequential damages caused through the use or failure of products or services supplied. 
  

3. Returns

• Returns are not accepted unless special authorisation is given to do so.

4. Payment

• Unless topstuff.co.nz has agreed to extend credit to you, payment is to be made before supply. Receipt of a Cheque or any type of bank transfer will not be considered payment until the payment has been fully cleared through the banking system into topstuff.co.nz's bank account.
• You agree to pay for the products in full without deduction or setoff and to pay goods and services tax and any other government duties, levies or taxes in respect of the products.
• Payment is currently accepted by; 
  Cash 
  Cheque 
  Direct Bank Deposit 
  

5. Warranties

• topstuff.co.nz's clone pc's are covered by topstuff.co.nz's 12 month RTD (return to base) warranty.  If it is found that a warranty claim is not related to a hardware or workmanship fault you may be charged for time and freight where applicable.
• All goods except topstuff.co.nz's Clone PC's are subject to the manufacturers' warranties only.  topstuff.co.nz will pass on the benefit of those warranties to you, without itself being directly liable to you under any warranty.
• All goods are subject to a return to base warranty.  It is your responsibility for returning them to topstuff.co.nz or the manufacturer (as provided by the warranty) and you may be responsible for additional costs including (but not limited to) freight.
• Any warranty may be voided by damage to or misuse of the products, problems caused by the use or misuse of software, negligent installation or operation, inadequate packaging, cleaning or maintenance, unauthorized repairs, modifications or the addition of incompatible hardware or software.
  

6. Changes

• topstuff.co.nz reserves the right to change these terms of trade from time to time.
